What our optional protection plan covers — and when it's worth it.

Carsy Care is our optional service and repair plan. It picks up after the manufacturer warranty ends and covers major systems — engine, transmission, drivetrain, electronics — with a flat deductible per visit.
The math is simple: if a single transmission repair can run $3,000+, a plan that costs a few dollars a day can pay for itself with one claim. It also transfers if you sell the car privately, which helps resale.
It is not for everyone. If you trade cars every two years or drive very few miles, you may never use it. Check the coverage table on any listing and decide with the numbers, not the pitch.
